Willy Wonka is memory etched in my brain that will forever burn bright! It is a passage way back to my childhood and my youth. I adore Gene Wilder and no matter how many times I watch I get such a kick out of the supporting cast. Like Im seeing it for the first time again!

There will never, ever be another film like this and that's a fact. This is sheer and complete magic and the cast are pure perfection. Gene Wilder has to be the most captivating, believable and genuine actor there ever was, his warmth teamed with sharp humour and wit just pours out of the screen into your very soul and boy does it stay with you your entire life! Julie Dawn Cole utterly nails the stubborn, spoilt brat with aplomb, let's face it, Julie Dawn is one of the all time greats and a completely natural actor who just shines with flawless talent. Oh yes, you show me a more magical, memorable, gorgeously scrumdidlyumptious film, I'll show you a horse with wings. Completely perfect in every way!
