Looks to be loosely a remake of 1981 film of the same name, which imma have to check out now. Old school Indonesian films are absolutely bonkers and great fun. See more Logan D Mar 31 Adults raised in the same orphanage reunite at their former home to pay respects to the director who is now deathly ill. Secrets are exposed. The only connection this has to the 1981 film is the name of the main character, Murni. Whereas in the earlier film she was the protagonist, here she is mainly in the background. I find it hard to believe this dull bore has a 91% on RT. It has a plot that suffers from a lack of internal logic and little of the story offers original material let alone thrills. That said, the set pieces were very well done, although the bugs - which I've seen a hundred times before - were a little overused, and the genuinely creepy kids on the bus were underused.
