Reminded me of the days where blockbuster would have edited movies that you didnt know were edited when you hot them however there were big gaps in them. Its a 90 or so min watch, wondering if we are missing another 20. Gaps all over the place in the storyline and character "development". The ending wasnt 100% understandable, although its partially more realistic. Maybe this is Italian cinematic norm. The dubbing was ok however it was a waste of a friday. A mess of story, a cast of unlikable characters, minimal family backstory, endless slow motion reaction shots, no on-screen violence, etc... The Beast feels as though the filmmakers got bored and just wanted to finish it.
