As a bit of forgettable, low-stakes Valentine’s Day viewing for the religious set, one could do worse. But those who only date their rom-coms "intentionally" could definitely do better.

It’s just shameless promotion for a book about relationship advice, released on a streaming service that also sells happens to sell the book. It even features lines like, 'This story hit so hard I Amazoned a copy of ‘Relationship Goals’ right away.'

Honesty is Surrendering to the Truths You Love to Hate Beautiful examples of romantic truths where it is easy to love to hate what you already know, but hate to love the journey of surrendering into what could actually be the right direction for your heart. I LOVE this feel great movie of matters of the heart. It is also a reminder of how real love is not sustainable without God in the midst of our relationships. That is what you call RELATIONSHIP GOALS.

It’s act like a lady think like a man 1980’s version, Jesus version or religious version. It’s act like a man if Tyler Perry wrote it. It’s how to get rid of a man in 10 days without the great acting and directing, I love Methodman and Kelly, good acting, story line not so good.

I was so looking forward to a good RomCom. This movie disappointed in so many ways. It was very formulaic and predictable (girl resists guy, and then falls in love…again) I could almost fill in the lines before they were said! I think Kelly Rowland did well; but I didn’t feel any on-screen chemistry with Method Man. Their interactions appeared stiff and inauthentic. And if you want to use a movie to market a book, don’t be so obvious about it. A good story, well developed and interesting would have sold a ton of books! Do better.

The film embraces its cheesy and predictable tone, which will work for fans of comfort romances, but limits its overall impact. The screenplay feels rough and surface-level, missing opportunities for deeper character growth and stronger storytelling. Some conflicts are resolved too easily, and the narrative rarely challenges itself. The director does a decent job keeping the story moving, even if the pacing and focus sometimes falter. Kelly Rowland delivers a sincere and likable performance, doing her best with limits
