They are joined by Scott Bairstow, who plays the role of the third brother. The plot revolves around the trio’s quest to document the untamed beauty of America while strengthening their sibling bond. At the center of the narrative is Jonathan Taylor Thomas's character, who serves as the focal point of the story. The film explores the dynamic between the brothers and their perspectives on his antics throughout their escapades. Thomas, who famously voiced Simba in "The Lion King," shines in his role, effectively capturing the quirks of his younger brother as they navigate various adventures and mischief together. Devon Sawa portrays the younger sibling, a charming character who finds himself chasing after girls. Known for his role as Casper in the movie "Casper," Sawa also impresses in this film. See more Desert R @RT11413527 09/20/2024 This movie was one of the staple movies of my childhood. I can remember watching it on VHS a good bit. I haven't seen this movie in over 15 years at least so when it came to mind today I decided to give it a rewatch and I wish I hadn't. It has not held up compared to what I watched as a child. Granted I was a kid but I remember this movie being a masterpiece and it is anything but. The pacing, some of the acting, the ending...and don't even get me started on the animal puppetry. I guess sometimes it's a good idea to give your old childhood movies a rewatch and sometimes it isn't. This is one of those isn't instances. This one should have stayed a memory.
