Unlike its predecessor, V/H/S/2 only has one speed. This fast, loud, and abrasive film would have benefited from one or two slower, more tense segments to vary the tone. However, the thrills of A Ride in the Park and Safe Haven make this worth a watch.

Tape number 4, "Safe Haven" was refreshingly new and is a masterpiece when it comes to low-budget horror; however, apart from this one, I have a certain disdain for this movie that is beyond reason, and for this reason, it's a 7/10
