The Stranger in My Home fails to set the right tone for the type of movie that it is. It seems to want to be comedic but fails to deliver any punchlines. Combine that with boring and unlikeable characters and this movie is as forgettable as a daytime soap opera episode in espanol.

There's not actually a stranger in the house - but there is a deranged man running a long game to be with a woman and her daughter that uses a cancer test to make it happen.
