There are plenty of unexpected turns of twisted tension courtesy of a backwoods blood feud, a crazy "back to the ether" hippie cult, a mysterious fluid and creepy recipe tips, there is plenty of what the fuckery to go around.

I very much enjoyed this independent-toned movie, low-key in a way, and I thought all the cast of actors was great. I enjoyed the twists and turns and the scenery as well. Danielle Deadwyler is amazing.

3 stars because the acting was good. But because the movie explained absolutely nothing about the “Creed” and the history of the families and their codes. I can’t give it anything higher.
