Shot on 16mm film, the director/writer pulled this from deep inside, and managed to accurately portray a dark, almost dream like world. It kind of reminds me of Tim Burton. But, not quite. If you're into unique pieces or borderline psychopathic & stylish works of art, you should love this. The film takes place in the mid-80s in Berlin. It seems to me that the film is mainly made from images shot in 1986, digitized much later to finally be edited and released 30 years later.
