Um Otaku S @Accel018 Feb 1 Realmente n entendo de onde vem tantas críticas a esse filme. O roteiro é muito bom, os efeitos especiais são incríveis para a época e aimda dão surra em muito filme atual, o elenco é ótimo e o principal: o filme tem identidade. Nd de magias genéricas de raios e fios de poder, estilo dr. Estranho e feiticeira escarlate da marvel (nd contra isso), mas as magias aqui são unicas, bem pensadas e criativas, levam o nome "magia" a sério. É um filme muito bom de se ver em família e entrar num mundo incrível de fantasia a seu próprio modo. Sou suspeito a falar, pois assisti esse filme diversas vezes na sessão da tarde quando criança, ent tem muito gosto de infância isso tudo. Mas realmente n vejo onde esse filme tanto peca, e n sou um crítico renomado, mas sempre gostei de cinema e de acompanhar lançamentos e premiações há alguns anos e sei reconhecer um bom filme. The CGI is a little dated but that's what you got in 2010 it's still decent enough. Teresa Palmer as the pretty love interest is good. Jay Baruchel is geeky and charismatic enough for the nerdy kid that becomes a hero. I think a sequel with a decent script would have worked. The Sorcerer's Apprentice is a formulaic fantasy that fumbles its whimsical roots with a predictable script and dated effects, turning Fantasia's magic into a tepid teen romp. Jay Baruchel’s Dave has awkward appeal, but Nicolas Cage’s Balthazar veers into caricature, his over-the-top wizardry clashing with Monica Bellucci’s underwritten Morgana. Alfred Molina’s Horvath adds mild menace, but the ensemble fizzles in rote chases and contrived romance. What should have been a sparkling update to Goethe’s sorcery devolves into a slog of obvious destiny beats and unconvincing spells, the 2010 CGI now quaint but flat. The New York setting teases delight, but the pacing lags, and the narrative leans on lazy tropes without the bite to enchant.
