Adrianna M. @adrianna0414 1d I loved it! So informative See more BRENDEN J @Moviefan109 Mar 18 OMG! What is there to say about She Was Here? This documentary film was amazing I love how they were telling a story about her life and career of being an actor at a very young age for her very first movie and that was Poltergeist (1982) then she became very famous and began to be in other films like Poltergeist 2: The Other Side (1986) and her very last film that she would ever do and that was Poltergeist 3 (1988) of course she did a lot of television shows which her very first one was Happy Days then she did Webster, Our House, The New Leave It to Beaver and many more to come. Overall, Heather O'Rourke was a great fantastic child actor since she was first founded by Steven Spielberg for the movie Poltergeist and people loved her in that film and we all loved her from her other movies and tv shows that she did and we definitely missed her a lot. But most importantly this documentary was absolutely amazing and it's an absolute must watch if you love horror films! See more Brent H @BrentMHinson Mar 14 On the surface, this documentary serves as a poignant tribute to Heather O'Rourke—a talented young girl whose death at age 12 was as shocking as it was shrouded in mystery. The film commendably illustrates her profound intelligence and maturity, using archival footage to showcase her level of talent at such a young age. For years, I have followed the circumstances surrounding Heather's death, as there always seemed to be more questions than answers. The film does address the long-standing rumors through a gut-wrenching segment featuring Heather's mother, Kathleen. Her account serves as a powerful cautionary tale for all parents, offering finality and clarity. My main criticism revolves around the production style; at times, the documentary feels more like an extended E! True Hollywood Story than a cinematic memorial. The sensationalist pacing sometimes distracts from what should have been a more grounded tribute to an actress at the beginning of a promising career.
