Loved this movie from start to finish. It is no Hollywood bang bang type of movie but what a great story of love, brotherhood and friendship as well as redemption. I thought this movie was amazing. Loved the noir feel of it peppered with fantastic subtle comedy and even surprise appearances by Tiffany Haddish and Henry Winkler. The only flaw was it was too short. I couldve watched this story unfold all day long. Great performances by the two leading characters. Appreciated the references to race relations and acceptance. This movie goes to show you - you never know what is going on with your neighbor, the person in line at the store next to you or even your own family members. Treat people with kindness as you do not know their circumstances. Great directing debut for Jerrod Carmichael!

It’s what you get. Heavy for sure. That black guy was crazy to pull out- even though he total brain washed that white kid who was in a hospital. I woulda done the same if i were the black guy go, i called the ending. Weird, don’t kill yourself kids
