This was one of Katie Holmes first starring roles after her divorce from Tom Cruise. I thoroughly enjoyed this indie thriller and was especially pleased with the fairy tale ending. Interestingly , her role in the movie displaying a robotic type demeanor, was reminiscent of all of Cruise’s ex-wives.

To a person who cringes when put in a small space with someone on the spectrum, this may cause too much discomfort. To a person who has loved someone on the spectrum, welcome home. It's an original and entertaining story brilliantly acted.

Despite the ratings, there's not a great deal wrong with this. It takes a wrongish turn towards the end but Ms Holmes otherwise is very good in the title role and that carries a lot.
