As a person who grew up with movies such as "The Exorcist" and "The Shining" and witnessed the boom of the slashers such as "Halloween" and "Friday the 13th", it seemed like an '80s horror movie to me. For me, that means that I liked the movie because it had an '80s feel. I liked the acting, and the themes of the movie. I thought it was a good movie.

brief summation, a bit gory, there are intimate scenes, the dialogue is really funny. i think this movie is definitely worth a watch. i would classify this as a comedy horror to a degree. the acting is really good, the production is really solid. the thing that stuck out to me and why this movie is rated as such is the dialogue. the dialogue is extremely accurate to what we were saying in the late 2000s and the movie capitalizes on that. i dont think it was a selling point but it is genuinely funny to watch just because of how they speak. it is a little more gory and sexual than i would have liked but ignoring those parts and you have a decent watch. not for kids if you can believe it.
