Michael B @BlackCloud13 12/26/2024 I like Clement, but there is very, very little to recommend this thing. It's a comedy utterly devoid of humor. I didn't laugh once. It's slight story wanders about without accomplishing anything. I had watched half of it as it dragged on and stopped it to see how much more there was. I was surprised it was half over and had gone absolutely nowhere. I also was not enamored with the female lead. All in all, it's a boring dud. AVOID. I guess there's a generation out there that sees this boring, uninspired and uninspiring tale as representative of something they're going through. That might be the greater tragedy. It's only in the main act of the film, a goonies-lite adventure to uncover a secret, that you really appreciate the ensemble cast.
