This really happened in Hollywood in the 1980s, which gives you some idea of exactly how much cocaine was flowing through that place back then. Go to Full Review

No real film lover could help but muster some affection for this bedraggled action movie, shot in an extremely unpicturesque Yugoslavia on a budget that must number in the hundreds of dollars. Go to Full Review

See more CodyZamboni Z Jul 5 Movie is not as bad as I thought it would be, Kurt Thomas clearly does all his own stunts, Non stop action, Very creepy, city of dead scene at the end, Dumb plot, but filmmakers gave their all, See more Elijah S 12/28/2023 It was enjoyable and fun. Spent a fair amount not knowing what was going on but the pommel horse brought it all back around (please laugh) See more Steve D 08/27/2023 Amateurish in every respect. See more DanTheMan 2 08/14/2023 If you ever thought that Enter the Dragon featured too much Bruce Lee and not enough gymnastics, Director Robert Clouse has you covered, as he was kind enough to remake it as Gymkata. Rather fitting I ended up watching this the day after I saw Enter the Dragon on the big screen. It's a movie that takes itself very seriously which often leads to unintentional hilarity but is made with such passion you can't help but love how awful it is. Filled with paper-thin plots, dumb characters and preposterous situations, Clouse doesn't miss any opportunity for gymnastics-based kung fu whether it makes sense or not. Joining the likes of Rad with its casting of a real-life Olympic athlete amongst the cast, Gymkata definitely fulfils the promise of its premise with utter cheese and devoted sincerity. You can deny this film is good, but you can't deny it's uproariously entertaining. See more Read all reviews
