Welll A @Azevader88 3d Existe uma problemática que é a forma caricata e estereotipada que as minorias são retratadas; o coreano que não fala o inglês corretamente, os latinos que são gangsters... Produto de seu tempo, ok, but still... E a outra complicação que é a sutileza ambígua do ponto de vista do roteiro e da direção, que, assim como "Taxi Driver" (1976) e "Coringa" (2019), acabam tendo protagonistas cujas ações são lidas por espectadores como reações de vítimas do sistema que "tinham razão" em seus discursos. Mas isso considero mais uma questão de limitação semiótica de quem vê, do que culpa dos realizadores em si. Se tornou meu filme favorito da mona babado que foi Joel Schumacher. The first 3/4 will most likely having you see yourself in the main character. Great movie from production to acting. Micheal Douglas is fantastic in this. I thought it it depicted truths about class, society and and the struggleto remain relevant, viable in what is an increasingly dishonest, unfair and increasingly hostile world. I cried after because 32 years ago, we were a better country , better people than what we are now. Today, we are on the verge of massive job losses as tech bros recklessly speed a technology that will soon bein control of human destiny, and we elected a President who cannot tell the truth and has made the lives of everyday Americans harder, stacking the deck against the middle and working classes.
