John K @WQCMI 3d Disrespectful to the series, but there are some good things to say about it. I like Paul McGann as the 8th Doctor, the budget is really good, the theme is awesome and Eric Roberts makes a great master. But all that is ruined by a CGI snake that they deliberately made it look disgusting, the 7th doctor (Silvester McCoy) gets written out way too early into the film (specifically 22 minutes in), and it should've been a series to begin with. Interestingly it was supposed to launch an American version of the show, but thank God that didn't happen. See more Phineas W Sep 7 It is ok but it has a lot of generic American action. See more Vincent R Sep 6 I loved the movie. I really wished that we got more of Paul as the Doctor. One thing though about the movie I didn't really like was that white stuff the Master got turned into. It really looked like cu-. See more Martin 09/29/2024 It's Doctor Who if it was written by an American who'd watched a couple episodes and was then asked to make a predictable Hollywood style movie out of it. An insult to the franchise as a whole. Every fan of the Doctor must see it, and in particular for people who follow the Doctor or British TV, I highly recommend it. See more Read all reviews
