Bakercakes 06/19/2022 Its an absolutely ridiculous space sex opera that has been argued by many to be either feminist progressive storytelling or misogynistic exploitation. I think this movie lets you see what you want to see in it. Mayhap that is its lasting legacy. The popcorn was excellent, and that seems fitting. My two reasons are that it was 17+ for a 1960s movie, and looked interesting in general. The result? Just a weird movie. I'd consider it a classic. You never forget the opening scene.
