This movie follows an interesting mystery but the script could've used some more work. I do hope that we get a third one as these movies have proven to be intriguing and lots of fun at times. The story, centered on a seemingly perfect suburban mom and her mysterious, suddenly vanished friend, was filled with brilliant twists and turns that kept me guessing until the very end. The dark humor was perfectly balanced with the suspense, creating a unique and captivating tone. Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively were phenomenal, delivering charismatic performances that made the dynamic between their characters truly magnetic. The film's aesthetic was impeccable, from the chic fashion to the sleek production design. The direction was sharp and the soundtrack was just as stylish as the visuals.
