Why we elected to turn this story into slapstick after the opening scene is a guy who kidnapped a person and then shot himself, no clue. That is bizarre. I don't know if it was a parody or just bad. For example they did that trope where a grumpy bad-*ss character softens up and shows a rare moment of vulnerability. Micro budget gold. Horror? Comedy? ? Repo Man vibe, great pacing (holy cow that monster), so many details I missed the first time. If you enjoyed Paradox Lost, you'll love this. The booby traps in the house are outrageously amusing, a farmers house trying to kill a podcaster- I mean, this film deserves a much higher rating. Watch it, and…hopefully the red light won't go on… and summon Bladey! So good!
