Born Lola Clementine Kirke in London in 1991, Lola moved with her family to New York City at the age of 5 years old. The daughter of Bad Company drummer Simon Kirke and clothing dealer Delilah Kirke, Lola was raised in New York City along with her two sisters Jemima (who later co-starred on the HBO series "Girls") and Domino. Lola's first onscreen appearance came in 2011 when she portrayed Charlie in the film "Another Happy Day." In 2013 Lola was cast in an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC 1999- ) and that same year appeared as Margaret in the independent film "Reaching for the Moon" (2013). Lola appeared in the blockbuster psychological thriller "Gone Girl" (2014), based on the bestselling novel by Gillian Flynn. Kirke also appeared in two television series that same year, "The Leftovers" (HBO 2014- ) and "Mozart in the Jungle" (Amazon 2014- ), created by Jason Schwartzman and Francis Ford Coppola. Her highest-profile role to date came in Noah Baumbach's "Mistress America" (2015), which she starred in opposite co-writer Greta Gerwig. After appearing in romantic fantasy "Fallen" (2016), Kirke starred in Aaron Katz's mystery "Gemini" (2017) and co-starred in Doug Liman's comic-tinged action drama "American Made" (2018).
