Vince Q. Best Foreign Language Film submission from Kyrgyzstan. A mentally divergent man goes on hajj with his dying mother in a wheelbarrow, her final wish. The trip takes them through seven countries and various hijinx. What started as a sweet homage, spirals in the second act into a Forrest Gump-like farce.
