Makes you think the story is going nowhere and feels like there’s nothing really going on, but the third act is where this movie shines, and where it gets these three starts that I’m giving it. Out of nowhere, the senseless shootouts, random radio conversations, shots of cars driving and people running, stop to make place for the incredible alien designs and, well, what comes with it. Honestly it’s frustrating that this film was able to deliver so much on its final act but so little during the rest of it. But the wait is rewarded, and the movie becomes one of the most hilarious and weird things you’ll ever witness.
